Louis D. Kaiser has been in practice for 37 years in Hartland, Wisconsin after graduating from
Baylor University School of Law. His practice focuses on small business needs and family law issues—including divorce, criminal, probate, wills and trusts, real estate, tax,
business and elder law.
Louis is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Waukesha County Bar
Association. He is admitted to practice in the Wisconsin Federal District Courts, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court, in addition to the
State of Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Louis is active in the community as a past president of the Lake Country Rotary
club. He lives in Lake Country with his wife of 39 years and enjoys golf, travel and
spending time with his five grandchildren.

Michael D. Kaiser graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003. He has experience in a variety of practice areas including estate planning,
divorce, probate, real estate, guardianships, matters involving neglected or
abused children and termination of parental rights, and small business matters.
Mike graduated from Arrowhead High School and went on to get an Engineering
degree from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. After working for over three years at General Electric Medical Systems (now GE
Healthcare), Mike went back to law school. Since graduation, Mike has been proudly serving members of his hometown
community and beyond.

Mike is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Waukesha County Bar
Association, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, and the Elder Law
Sections of the Wisconsin State Bar. Mike is a member of the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council and a member of
the Bench Bar Committee for the Waukesha Bar Association.
In the community, Mike has been an attorney-coach for the Arrowhead High School
Mock Trial Team for the last five years and is currently president of the Lake
Country Rotary.
Mike grew up in Hartland, met his wife in high school, has two sons and together
they call the Lake Country area home.
